The Kidney and Hypertension Group specializes in the treatment of high blood pressure this is difficult to manage. Dr. Valle and Dr. Bejar are board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology in addition to having board certification in Hypertension. We offer personalized outpatient consultations and management to patients who have hypertension as well as other co-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, previous history of stroke, autoimmune disease, and or transplantation. As part of our comprehensive workup, we offer 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), which uses state of the art technology to accurately create a picture of your blood pressure throughout an entire day. This allows us to expertly tailor your treatment.

The Kidney & Hypertension Group is proud to announce that we have been designated a Certified Hypertension Center, one of only 12 Hypertension Practice Centers in the United States and Canada, and the only one in Florida (* The first in the Southeast United States). The American Society of Hypertension (ASH) maintains a formal certification process for medical practices and health care providers that have demonstrated expertise in treating patients who have complex or difficult-to-treat hypertension and its co-morbidities.
