Interestingly, EVERY medical professional-doctor, nurse and NEARLY EVERY doctor family member we have had on dialysis-and over the years that’s not a tiny number-has opted for PD. Speaks volumes. Not sure? Ask YOUR nephrologist if he had to be on dialysis, what would he choose? (While obtaining a transplant obviously being the goal when possible…)
