We asked for our patient feedback and one thing we heard frequently is that patients don’t want to wait for an appointment when they are sick, or having a medical issue. So a year ago, we began our “Rapid Response” Clinic or same day office visits when you don’t feel you can wait for an appointment. Our patients have let us know, overwhelmingly, how much they love having this option. And it has reduced our patients hospital admissions and Emergency Room visits!
